Kelly Pittman formed Liberty Steel in 1997 with one main goal:
Give the customers what they want at a competitive price with the highest quality materials, customer service and overall dependability possible.
Over the next several years Mr. Pittman made it his personal goal to surround himself with people who believed in this same business philosophy or were willing to learn it. This approach proved to be very effective in establishing the company during its early years producing up to a 50 percent growth rate per year and continues to be the model for success.
Since actions speak louder than words, any potential customer may request Liberty Steel to provide them with a list of references to call and confirm our approach to business. Mr. Pittman realizes the company growth is not due to his own abilities, but believes in a team approach and credits the growth to the Lord and those that make up the Liberty team.
Mr.Pittman has made it a practice since he was a young man, “to keep your eyes on all the little things and the big things will happen.”
